- Reports to Travel Guard?s Chief Marketing Officer.
- Leads Travel Guard?s e-Business marketing strategy to include Internet, Intranet and Mobile.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the Travel Guard?s global e-Business strategic plan.
- Aligns the global strategy at the regional and local levels.
- Works in close cooperation with the Systems / IT group as it relates to business requirements, technology resources, and capital investment.
- Manages the performance of the regional e-Business marketing management team and Home Office staff.
- Oversees regional e-Business marketing hub operations; resources, infrastructure, processes and related activities.
- Ensures creative design, visual elements and all brand attributes are in keeping with Travel Guard?s brand strategy.
- Collaborates with management throughout the broader organization to enable strategic / organizational alignment and program integration.
- Accountable to a pre-determined set of performance objectives.
- Based at Travel Guard?s world headquarters in Houston, Texas.

Immediate Priorities:
- Develop an understanding of the organizational structure and a familiarity with all current e-Business assets, marketing activities and initiatives.
- Create a comprehensive e-Business road map for the upcoming fiscal year and beyond.
- Establish a meaningful internal presence as Travel Guard?s new global e-Business marketing
- Liaise with Chartis Corporate e-Business and Travel Guard?s regional executives / functional area managers as necessary to support plan development.

Position Requirements
- 10+ years of practical e-commerce experience with a large global consumer organization
